I and My wife are on work permit residing in Montreal, Quebec. My wife got an inter company transfer (she is on closed work permit) and is working in Montreal. I am on Spousal Open Work permit residing in Montreal with her but working remotely for a company based out of Vancouver, BC. I would like to know if I am eligible for express entry and continue to stay in Quebec as my wife does not want to switch to another company.
What are the other options available for PR. Can I apply for BC PNP tech program if I am not residing in BC but working for BC based company
