I am primary applicant and residing in British Columbia from 2021, I completed masters and working as senior accountant. I was nominated by BC PNP in March 2025 and I got ITA in April 2025 - PNP nomination. My question is that my spouse is also added in my EE profile with Canada work experience, he works remotely from BC for a company in Montreal. The rent agreement, hydro bill and also his MSP is in BC. He also files his tax from BC. The Q is ..will there be an issue on intent to settle in BC since his company is based on Quebec.

Thank you so we can show that his employer is in Quebec but he works remotely from BC and it shouldn’t be an issue with regards to intent to settle in BC.
