Can I apply for a visit/tourist visa while I have a PR visa in process?

Hi guys, I'm new here.. I need your help. Me and my husband already applied for my PR visa. We received an acknowledgement email from CIC last March 8, 2015. Then we got the approval of his eligibility the following day March 9, 2015. My PR visa is still in process but we want to celebrate our first wedding anniversary together this July. Will I be able to get approved incase I apply for a tourist/visit visa? If you have the same situation please share...☺ thank you so much.

you can apply but chance of success is 10 percent, I think totally depends upon your luck, all the best, Naveed
