Can I apply 2173 and 2171 NOC under FSW 2014 at the same time

I am having 12.75 years of experience in Software development.
My roles and responsibilities are matching for 2173 and 2171 NOC codes.
So, can I apply 2173 and 2171 NOC codes under FSW 2014 program on the same day?

You can, but not in the same application. You would need to send two independent and complete applications with one NOC as the primary NOC in each.

BUT, if you are just looking to apply then it might be too late for you. 2173 is capped and 2171 is going to be capped very soon.

Thanks a lot.
I have only one original for IELTS and ECA.
So is it enough to send IELTS and ECA originals in first application package for one NOC code and certified copy of IELTS and ECA in second application package for another NOC code mentioning a note that IELTS and ECA originals are sent in the first application package.

Yes, I will submit 2 full separate applications in 2 separate courier covers mentioning appropriate NOC code on top of the courier cover. Can I put both the courier covers into another courier cover mentioning both the NOC codes as I send it from Chennai, India?

as for your question - no, one cannot submit copies of ECA and IELTS cert. No matter how many applications are done, each one must be complete as per CIC requirements.

However, as Namaste kindly pointed out, NOC 2173 is already capped you won't need to send two applications.
(Trust me, Namaste's posts are really worth to be read carefully )

2171 is over and 4011 is still there but dont hai IELTS Orignal.

You need to get a second original copy of the IELTS results.
