My wife's application was refused in 2003 because of some documents which they asked to send in 30 days after the interview, which we can't able to produce from India.
Now I've applied as a main applicant in Oct. 2007 and my file is transferd from Buffalo to Detroit and I've summitted all of my documents a week ago.
Does it makes any difference to our case or not?
