I am Pakistan national and applied on 12 June VFS is London and completed my biometric on 15 June in Germany

The processing time says 3 weeks for Sweden but no update so far and been a month today

Is it really 3 weeks processing time or I or I am mistaking something ?

Please advise

You are somewhat mistaken in understanding the information on the website.

The processing time posted on the CIC website is just an estimated processing time. It's quite possible for processing to take a few months - especially if you are applying from outside of your home country.
