Hi, I am in the same situation. My wife is working as Teer 5 job as Front Desk Clerk. I am already in Canada on visitor visa. Can I go to border to get Dependent Work permit or apply for it online. Website is suggesting that they dont issue BOWP in such cases but heard a lot of people get the same who were in Canada
