I would like to find out if a TN visa holder & Spouse can return to continue working in USA after Spouse Obtains PR in Canada.
As far as I understand, the requirement is to live in Canada for a period of 2years out of 5years for spouse who became PR.
Also, do the immigration officials actually keep a tracking of where the PR or husband is living? Can immigration officials request
travel document/info from US officials (port of entry) just for the sake of tracking us without any reason then just to check if we are leaving Canada
after obtaining PR?
