Dear sir,
I applied for refugee protection claim in 2017 along with myself, my wife and two teenage daughters and application got rejected. Can my two daughters apply for student visa and continue to study and stay in Canada?

I don't believe the study permits can be approved with a rejected refugee claim and a removal order.

You would be best to consult with a lawyer.
