I was planning to apply for restoration of status as a visitor as my BOWP application got refused. I am wondering if my PR application would get approved while I am waiting for Restoration?
My AOR is June 9, and everything except criminality is passed and criminality is waiting to finalise.
Hey I received a refusal saying that I did not provide my AOR (even though I did), I have already sent a reconsideration decision, but was thinking about applying for restoration of status just in case that is going to help my PR (which is near completion)

Okay, go back to your original question in this post, if that's the reason your BOWP got refused then I don't think a restoration will have any negative effect on your PR application.
Hi there, BTW I'm in the same boat. The officer processing my inland PR application requested I send them proof that I've submitted my restoration application.
My BOWP gets refused and my PR application is still in process. My medical and biometrics has done in October. Should i restore my status as some people advised me to apply restoration because this could be the reason that i didn’t get portal 1 yet because it will 12 months completed on 12 feb. but some people advised me I don’t need to apply any restoration as i have still 60 days left from 90 days and immigration will process my file without any status applied.

Hi scylla, you might have seen my replies under other posts. I am in a similar situation where my BOWP got rejected while waiting for eCOPR. I have received p1 and p2 so just eCOPR left. Am I in danger of not getting eCOPR? I applied for BOWP in october and it's now been more than 90 days so I cant even restore status either. what do i do?
