Can a person have 2 UCI numbers?

When I applied for FSW 2014, since the cap was full, CIC returned my application with UCI number -
This is the UCI number I wrote in my e-APR online and in my LOE. Now when I reviewed my old Passport Request document from CIC, for my Visit Visa which I applied early this year, it shows a different UCI number. I don't know if it's possible to have 2 UCI numbers or a technical glitch.

Anyone else with this similar issue? Should I inform this through CSE at IRCC?

Exactly the same case for me. Just proceed with the newest UCI. My 2nd UCI is now what's showing in my newest TRV and COPR.

Since the question in eAPR was Have you applied for PR before, I used my old UCI which was given for FSW 2014 returned application.
I also did CSE and attached both documents for their reference. Hope it is okay.
