Yes just try to put it out of your mind for now (I know this is hard!) and see what happens october 6th and hope for the best. All we can do is guess so no point in getting stressed over our guessing!
If you are asked at the interview if you have completed the medical, you must NOT say yes...even if CIC has made a mistake and `thinks' you have.

Right, they won't just refuse you right on the spot due to no medical, worst-case scenario you have to get it done first before they give you the visa. The important thing is to let them know of the situation so it doesn't backfire on you.

It's a good thing they asking for pictures and for prof of payment for RPRF, so I guess they will ask me after to do medical.
