Yes, I did call them yesterday and nothing. They told me to call again on Friday.

Glad you at least got through. Once you have that automated confirmation response you're good. Once you get a good agent to handle your call, they'll let you know all that's there. You also have to let them know what you want them to do, they won't volunteer the info to you or any other action unless you ask/beg of them.

After filing the IRCC tech report, should I expect instructions on how to submit over the webform?

Or should I expect to receive a request on gckey?

Well you never know....our Schedule A had an error and was resubmitted via webform and then they sent back an email saying that the schedule A needed to be signed and they in intern opened up another upload link in GcKey account for the Schedule A to be uploaded. So the updated/corrected schedule A was resubmitted via GcKey Online Account.

I asked about this in the January thread and got no response, so I'll try again. We had to upload a couple of things to our account along with another schedule A (despite the fact that one was already included in the old kit). The additional documents line in our details changed to reflect the uploaded documents, but has never been updated to say they are being reviewed. We also never received any sort of confirmation that they've actually received them. Did you hear anything after you submitted the schedule A to your account?

Yes I spoke with an agent that confirmed that the request documents have been received (PCC and Schedule A) via GcKey account. I think it's all depends on who you get as an agent.

hi I mailed my ADR response ti this mail id but got response that I need to submit through webform. I have also submitted it through webform but i got only a week's deadline now.
Please let me know whether they considered CSE raised or mail for your case
