My card got mailed today. I sent them an email yesterday that I have a flight soon.

Hi members, I need some help. I had applied for my mother’s PR. Here’s the timeline:
Email with PR Portal credentials - Feb 24, 2023
Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - March 1, 2023
eCoPR generation date - still waiting

7 weeks and still no eCOPR. I have emailed calgary VO several times to but haven’t got any reply. There’s no other way to contact them. Can anyone advise what should I do? Her visitor visa will expire in few months.

1. When did you receive an email asking for information? April 4
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal? April 5
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal? April 6
4. When did you receive ECOPR? Pending
5. What is the VO? Calgary
6. When did you receive your PR card in the mail? Pending

I have also declared and uploaded photos on April 6th. Still no updates regarding eCOPR. By any chance, you reached them via webform or email?

I'm in the same boat as you guys. 1/3 of the federal agents are participating in the strike now...

I emailed them on the same email address they use to send us portal details. I have also submitted web form, waiting for reply on that.
