Hi members, I need some help. I had applied for my mother’s PR. Here’s the timeline: Email with PR Portal credentials - Feb 24, 2023 Photo & Address upload to PR Portal - March 1, 2023 eCoPR generation date - still waiting
7 weeks and still no eCOPR. I have emailed calgary VO several times to but haven’t got any reply. There’s no other way to contact them. Can anyone advise what should I do? Her visitor visa will expire in few months.

Did you get an email on the ecopr generation date? Mine is inland, so wondering after photo and address submission there is no ecopr yet or will the PR card directly come on my mailbox.
