nope, getting PR Portal credentials can be anywhere from next day to a couple of weeks. It's fairly normal the wait

Just a reminder - the purpose for this thread is to share YOUR dates so that YOU can look over what everyone has shared and gauge some understanding how the Calgary office is progressing with eCoPR time frames. Don't be lazy and LOOK before asking. There is lots of information in the previous pages in this thread to help you. (I even have a Google sheet in my signature (which you can add to) that you can monitor as well)

So... please share your PR confirmation portal and eCOPR timelines here in this thread (for Visa Office Calgary).

1. When did you receive an email asking for information?
2. When did you receive your log in details for the portal?
3. When did you declare your presence in Canada, updated the address and uploaded a picture on the portal?
4. When did you receive ECOPR?
5. What is the VO?

Please read the thread to analyze, or visit the forum ECOPR tracker in my signature that has a tracker for the card as well. I would say expect a month, could be shorter, could be longer.
