I just do not understand how it works.
All of this is super interesting, my friend (we have almost everything same, event he lawyer) got his email December 23rd - replied the same day, got the email with password January 5th, got his ecopr January 10th and today he got his physical card.
And I am here, waiting since December 2st for ecopr.
And yes, it is frustrating. Our lives are on hold.

If this helps you to feel better. I was waiting for my eCoPR since October 5th and got it on January 11th. And still waiting for the card. I had to travel to India for my dad's operation. And now I am stuck trying for PRTD. It is what it is.
