I did receive an email regarding my bowp & they updated my status on my account on Saturday too. It's weird - May be they are working on Saturdays too, not sure!

I got my credentials email on Saturday as well, so I guess they are working Saturdays too to work through the backlog.

Congratulations!! I have the exact same timeline and same visa office - BCPNP Inland. I hope to get it soon.

No follow-up. I took the view that the IRCC is over-pressed with a big backlog and extra communication just makes the situation worse unless essential or urgent.

Received Portal email#1 on Dec 09. (We were out of country) Replied on Dec 11th advising with return date of Dec 24th. Send them email on Dec 27th advising that we were back on Dec 24th.
Received portal account username and password on Dec 28th.
Uploaded photos and mailing address on same day...
