I'm wondering if there will suddenly be a burst of eCOPRs at some point in the same way there seemed to be a flurry of PR approvals in the last quarter of last year from Calgary? It seems it's not just Calgary backed up from Sept/Oct Montreal VO also seems to be in the same position.

I see vo montreal is still issueing ecopr from early oct . Im waiting since dec 1st. Not sure if it gonna take another 2 months for it .

I have a question.
Since our PR applications are approved. Can we send our passports to Ottawa to have Immigrant visa and COPR?
Then go to the border for flag poling.
Wouldn't that be quicker way to be PR landing?
Please reply if someone has information on this.

Yess just received her, immigration officer didn’t sign the landing paper they said I have to call IRCC and tell them that she is here and need to update info. As she is now in Canada she will also get electronic eCOPR. Also officer told that don’t wait for IRCC just call them straight away.

I applied for the BOWP in July, before my work permit expired. They never touched my application. My PR is now approved, waiting for eCOPR and my BOWP application remains with a Submitted status. I'm not gonna withdraw it until my eCOPR comes just to keep my maintained status. We must always play it safe.

I just received a message that my BOWP application is approved. AFTER RECEIVING MY COPR!!! OMG why? Just so I can't ask for a reimbursement??? Doesn't make sense!
