So I was going through some threads and someone who wrote their test on Aug 12 received a letter on Oct 6th stating oath ceremony is on Nov 6. He then received a letter moving the ceremony 2 days ahead to Nov 4th.

Another post said that he wrote his test on Oct 9th, and he passed the test and he was told that he would receive a letter within a month(I doubt that though).

So I am hoping I will receive a letter sometime this month.
