welcome and you need to be petient. My ecas was in Process since 29 November and yet not recieved a letter for the test. Its only one single family from calgary got they letter. I believe they still working on application recieved on 17 to 18 soon the will start 19
After respond of some question here. I got my Ecas update.
I received Test invite via my email from Calgary
on 11 Jan 2018 and the test will on 21 February
meaning if your application was recived on 19 then Calgary office is start sending invitation just check your mail email and ecas daily u cant miss it
I am from Red Deer but I think its Calgary which will process our file.
Family of 2 and the application is received Oct 20, 2017
AOR on December 20, 2017
In Process on January 04, 2018
Now waiting for the test invite.

Congratulations Muby. Do you think the test and ceremony will be done on the same day? My friend who had their citizenship last year did the test and the oath the same day, but not sure if Calgary will still do it. Anyway, goodluck and keep us posted.
Just to update:
ECAS updated on Jan. 9th to reflect letter being sent Jan. 8th. Received the letter in the mail yesterday (Jan. 11th) with the list of documents required.

My friends are both from Red Deer City, like 180kms north of Calgary. They took the test last year, February in the morning and the ceremony was taken the same day in the afternoon.

I am also not sure about why some applicants are required to do finger printing. Maybe the processing office choose applicants to do it randomly? I don't really know.
I am hoping to get the test invite soon, and I hope the ceremony is also on the same day
