Calculating number of hours worked

Hello,

I had a question about the number of hours worked at a job.

1) I have worked for 2 years and 3 months at one job and an equivalent of 11 months at another job, which adds up to a little over (1560 x 3) hours, can I still claim 3 years of work experience on the Express Entry Application?

2) Overtime is not counted, right? Regardless of whether you work 30 hours or 50 hours a week, it is still counted as 30 right?
