CAIPS NOTES HELP

Hi,

I want caips notes to know the reason of refusal of my trv in December 2011. To fill out the form, request you to kindly help with these:-

I check Electronic Files, Then check Reason for refusal, Mention File Number and LOcation. I dont need to check any other box or fill any other detail.

Or I also need to:-

Check Temporary Residence, Mention Client ID Number, File Number, Location.
