Yep. I believe from Monday maybe we can expect those? Idk!!! Called Delhi visa office a few days ago and they had no idea back then.

my guess is that the decision will be revealed before Aug for sure.

I understand they are not issuing PPR's at the moment for Indian applicants due to VAC closure. Why are they holding rejections as well is beyond my understanding. Only thing I can think about is for a steady cash flow in the country which students are injecting in form of Fees/GIC. Longer they keep, better for economy. Could this be a possible reason for the delay?
