I submitted on March 11. Bio on March 15. BVL on March 30.
I cannot create tracker account. I will face technical issue. there is a bug in system.

Yes, they are reviewing eligibility. after 2 days of starting reviewing eligibility, I got BVL

I think if you do not receive a refusal letter after 2 days of BLV, your application have been approved for 99%.

Well that’s what I’ve read but I saw this one person who got BVL and after 2 months got refusual you never know with Canada but my previous applications BVL came with refusuals so I’m being hopeful

This is a weird case since IRCC does not hold refusal letter if the decision is not approval.
Also, in my community whoever has gotten BVL first has received PPR after that and I saw no one received refusal after BVL.

Are you from India? And are you going for May intake?? Coz my class start 8 May idk if I’ll get the visa by then
