Business PNP, WP stream - PR Application, Need some advises!!

Hi guys,
My case is processing as below:
- Application type: PR under economic PNP, WP stream.
- AR: June 16, 2021
- AOR: March 21, 2022
- Request RPRF: May 26, 2022 - Submitted: May 27, 2022
- Request update Schedule A (IMM5669): June 14, 2022 - Submitted: June 15, 2022
- Request update Passport & Birth Certificate: Dec 19, 2022 - Submitted: Dec 20, 2022
- Medical request: Dec 19, 2022 and medical passed: Jan 03, 202

On my GCKey account shows that the estimated completion date: March 16, 2023, but until now (almost 2.5 months from the estimated completion) I have not received other requests or final decision from IRCC although I tried to contact IRCC by webform and through the phone call to ask about my file's status.
On my tracker, it shows that biometrics, medical exam, background verification: completed; eligibility: not started.

I am wondering if there is someone with the same situation and also looking for some advises from your experience!
