Thanks to my friends who have congratulated me and best wishes to every one here waiting for the next steps in the PR process.
I wish to share two experiences:
1- I had sent notorized copies (originals are with me) of the transcripts which they have accepted. They haven't asked for originals.
2 - My e-cas address disappeared on 20 December 2011 and received MI +request for updated documents yesterday. I don't know if these two events have any relationship.
Any One here Applied to Nova Scotia , Sydney - in April 2010 have their file moved to other Visa OFfices ? Please reply soon .. because I can see peopl who aplied 5 - 4 months before this got their files moved to different VO...

I have a question.
What do you mean they ask for new PCC?
Did you send your PCC when you submitted your application?
Did they really ask for renew PCC?
It took my 5 months to get my PCC from my home country which I submitted
along with my application to Buffalo office.
It is possible that they will ask me to send them a new PCC during the processing time?
I have also have similar concerns about the PCC. I received only medical examination.
I sent all PCCs (my home country and my current residency in USA)

Is the new PCC requested only for the the country where we are living now or for PCCs from all countries we have been since 17 years old?

Since I returned to India in June 2010, they have asked me for a new PCC from here only. I had informed VO regarding change of address. I had sumitted Indian PCC and RCMP clearance with my initial application.
