I believe they process the files based on the time they receive the whole package.that means a couple of months before second AOR. you can check it out online.
I have one query, my daughter's photograph on Medical Request is 2 years old (since she was just 4 months old) now she has changed a lot.
The form is already having that photograph (glued with some background thick material) .. under that it says "Must be taken within six months of medical examination"
Now I'm confused, should I take out that old photo and place a new one .. or paste/staple new one on top of that or put them somewhere else.
I inquired about the new braunfels office, the TX med clinic is not going to be a center after a month or so they told me on the phone and they said walk in was okay...good luck and congratulations!!

Anyone knows, on what basis Buffalo VO is processing files, is it on the basis of 1st AOR or Buffalo AOR (2nd AOR) or it depends on the date of PR file firstly received by CIO.
