BUFFALO Transfer Files To Other Visa Office In US

Guys, finally i got MR yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!! My file was transferred to Detroit on Sep 28 and after that no updates at all until yesterday. They used to email the applicants before sending out MR forms, but now it seems the rules have been changed. Just check your mail box regularly.

Can you let us know if the photograph on MR section A is scanned and printed OR a hard copy pasted.. Some people are trying to do advance medical by printing the forms themselves.. I might re-store to that if I dont get MR forms by this month end.

It is a hard copy photo patsted on the form. I am sure you can do advance medical examination, but it seems Detriot office is really fast. I think you can expect MR in this month if your application was sent to NS in 2009.

It was started on Oct. 25th from the letter, but the onlines state had been "In Process" since August 2010.

My file is also "In process" form Aug 2010, and the transferred to Detroit Oct 5,2011. I hope that get MR soon. one of my friend that his file transferred to Detroit on Sep 28, 2011 got MR yesterday.

I got the email approval today and it said that the medical forms will be sent to me in a few weeks !

Hi everybody,

I was a silent member in this forum for a long time, since i haven't seen any progress with the buffalo office.
Finally i got a communication from my attorney today saying my file is being transferred to Los Angles VO.
Some hope after a very very long time wait. Please let me know if any body knows about the processing time at LA VO. My ECAS status still shows RBVO. I hope it will get updated soon.

Will keep you updated about the progress. You can find my time lines with my profile. Waiting to hear some update from the LA VO folks.
