Hi Gazz,
You will be there soon and not have to worry about job visas, possibly getting underpaid/overworked, and be able to visit your home country and others at will. Keep the faith buddy. Worst-case scenario in early-february, I am sure you will have your PPR.
(This is just something that helped me get through those tough times.) If you believe in God, remember that He brought you this far, and will certainly not abandon you now.

Congrat SF2005. I can imagine your feeling . now you are a free man. you don't need work permit any more, you don't need to ask your employer to sponser you and .....
any way, I need a word stronger than Paranoid to explain myself. I'm almost at the end of my rope.
hope you fast landing.
This is a great job--thanks for doing this. It helps look at the scenarios at LA. It seems some people got it pretty fast, others didn't. The longest they took to send MR was probably 83 days, while the average is 55 days. I have been waiting for about 70+ days now, God knows when I will get the MR! Sigh!
Thanks for giving me the idea to count how long people have been waiting for MR
Done ;D

Thanks SF2005.
It seems they are trying to keep the target of 23 months. therefore they are issuing Visa for those applicants filed at Buffalo during December 2009 to February 2010 period. I think that is the reason why they transfer this period’s applicants to other visa offices.
I filed at May and I have to wait further for a couple of months. But on the bright side I’ve past 21 months already and I have to wait just for two more months. At least I hope so.
Thanks SF2005.

I remember that it seems to take about one months but I am not certain of that. Perhaps you could send email to Visa Office first. If you don't get the satisfying respond from VO then you can ask a CAIPS.
