When I went to pick up my PR visa, I was requested to bring 3 recent photos. They returned 2 photos to me in the envelope that they put my landing document. I didn't ask them as I was thinking I might need to use those photo when landing. I landed yesterday but I didn't need to use any photo and when I asked the officer, she didn't know.
