Does ur occupation noc fall within the list that qualifies for PR ? Because without AEO, ur just another candidate
Nothing in the E-CAS
Dear friends
I am getting nervous because I still cannot see ANYTHING from the E-Cas from CIC website.
I received my 2nd AOR from Buffalo on Nov 2nd, 2010.
And it has been more than 5 months now.
Other people are changed to 'in process' or some still stay as 'RBVO'.
But I cannot find any of my application's information through E-Cas.
Could you advise for me?
Anybody else in the same situaion?
Disco
Now almost a month since E-cas changed to " In-Process" but still same detailed as RBVO...no further notification from CIC.........
waiting...........what's happening in Bufallo VO.
we are in the same boat shish... I am expecting my CAIPS before end of this week. I will let you guys know about it.
Good luck to all of us!
Cheers

Thank you MCboy, anuM, and Zapped for your inputs.
anuM, although I am now working on my work permit extension, it would be great to have more information on AEO if you can give any. Since, all of us in FSW2 category have already submitted a letter of arranged employment with our application, what is the process to get it approved by hsrdc?
Any information will be appreciated.
Thanks,
$Dollar$
If you are working in Canada, why you need to go for AEO.

@ Simp.....I do not need an AEO per say but more recently, there have been a lot of LMO rejections. I know 2 employees from my company who were employed and all was fine and when it came to their WP extensions...their LMO was rejected (I am in the telecom sector and so were they).
I am just trying to find out how the AEO works, and preparing for a worst case scenario, God forbid but if it comes!
Thanks,
$Dollar$
I guess through regular mail coz I applied directly without going through any agency.
hopefully it will be here tomorrow...
Good luck!

Hi Anne55,
could you send me the link from where we can have CAIPES form.
I have one downloaded from cic website, just wanted to doublecheck.
And i need some information about filling the form
On the first block it says .... Requesters ref no and ATIP file number ..... ( what is this )
Then Access to information ... if i have to mark first one i.e Copies or CD and then which one to mark in examining the record
In the second block ... if i have to mark for both CAIPS and Overseas Visa file .Embassy would be Buffalo and what to write in Visa file number and client ID ???
And further it says on first page that consent to be signed by all persons over age of 18 for whom information is contained in file.Though i am principal applicant but if i have to get it signed from my spouse as well as she is on the application as well.If she has to signed the separate form ?? And if 5 dollar fee is to be sent by ordinary cheque.
And last where to send the form.
Sorry for the so long questions but ur time will be really appreciated.
Thanks
S

I just wrote N/A for those, I guess that is for the paid agencies who are dealing with them who are asking for $40-$120 for each and every client requesting for CAIPS..
Then Access to information ... if i have to mark first one i.e Copies or CD and then which one to mark in examining the record

just check copies

overseas visa file was the one I chose since it says there that CAIPS is included. Buffalo and the fie number from your 2nd AOR
And further it says on first page that consent to be signed by all persons over age of 18 for whom information is contained in file.Though i am principal applicant but if i have to get it signed from my spouse as well as she is on the application as well.If she has to signed the separate form ?? principal applicant will do

do you have any relatives in Canada? you can ask them to do it for you, just sign the consent letter. I don't think they are accepting ordinary cheque but you can always double check it from the link that I gave you. Read it carefully and it will guide you accordingly
And last where to send the form.

the address is in there too
Sorry for the so long questions but ur time will be really appreciated.

no problem, I am nothing but like you when I'm confuse ;D
Hope it helps. Good luck!
