BUFFALO AOR AUGUST-SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER 2010

Dear friends,

Perhaps the current delays can be attributed to implementation of GCMS (Global Case Management System), replacing CAIPS by CIC at all visa offices. Good majority of staff at all visa offices are busy with trainings. As its a new system, staff find it slow and complex but versatile.

My full docs was received by Buffalo office on May 13, 2010 and received 2nd AOR on Sept 24, 2010. NOC 0111

Please see point # 5.2 on the following link stating that GCMS would replace CAIPS starting June 2010. And as we all know, CIC actions have slowed down since June 2010.

Hi Vermas,

My documents reached Buffalo office on 17May 2010 and received 2nd AOR on 28Sept 2010.
My e-cas with old & new file number shows 'RCVD by Visa office' since 5th October 2010.

(CIO,Sydney -initial document rcvd on 16Dec 2009 and 1st AOR on 16Feb 2010)

CIO fee. That was charged in February 2010.

so this means: your cc was charged in feb. and u 2nd aor even received one month later... thats rocketing fast!

I really WISH I could join this thread but with the pace of 2nd AOR from Buffalo hope I will be only on 2011 thread. Congrats to you all guys who got the second AOR. Wish you all a smooth processing from now on
