BSC OR MASTER

Hi ,
Would you please answer my question

I've engineering BSC degree from institute not in WES list( I didn't apply it just didn't appear in your drop list) , does that means it's not recognised or I should apply and send the documents to find out?

I got also MBA master degree in project management from university listed in WES , it's a different field from engineering..is it still counted to apply with the master degree only ? Will i get the score in express entry ?
