Hi Bryanna,
My wife is a protected person in Canada with my two daughters.
She included me in her application for PR and received eligibility AIP letter.but her application is still in process.
I have already sent my PR application to LVO.
At the moment I am jobless but I have funds in cash. I have property.
Now my question is, can I apply for TRV?
Thanks
You can certainly apply for the TRV - however you will most likely be refused since CIC knows you have immigrant intent.
Hi,
I would not advise you to apply for a TRV as you will most likely be refused.
Your chances could've been somewhat better if you were employed (working with the same employer for several months prior to applying for a TRV)
Cheers
Bryanna can you please check your inbox? I want some suggestion from you.
Thanks guys
I really appreciate your response.
So,I have to sit tight for one year since I have not received any AOR on my LVO application.
Do London visa office send AOR for dependent of refugee application?
Is there anything I can do to check my application status before AOR?
Thanks
