I have siblings that are Registered Nurses in the Philippines. They would like to migrate to Canada. What are the options? I also have a married brother that lives in Canada and he's a Canadian citizen.
 
The sibilings will have to apply to immigrate to Canada indendently, most likely through the skilled worker program. Information about this immigration program can be found here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp
