Thanks for reply. I do work for Indian Company and currently working in India, not have any offer from Canadian base firms.. ...Now how can i apply in this situation???
if you have h1b then you can think about alberta (theres a list of jobs for that similar to ministerial list but their own list)
if you know french, then csq (like quebec's own fsw)
if you have a job in most provinces then PNP
alberta and/or manitoba also has friends who can sponsor friends
theres also family sponsorship.
I heard the same. Only thing is that none is aware that what is exact processing time in FSW1 program in across the world? All are expecting that it will be within 6- 12 months....I have not see any written proof in CIC website or press release from any Canadian Govt Officer.
i think i have seen it somewhere where they said they will reduce it to 6 to 12 months. but i have no idea where now. i dont think all applications will go down to that timelines, but on average it will go down to that so the longer visa centers might still take long but not as long as previously.
I hope so....For example, In India, normal processing time is 5- 6 years....I dont know what could be situation after this new rule? How much time willl it reduce? I asked Indian Immigration dept for same and they pointed me to see CIC website....Not gave me pin point answer...
They think that by having the Sydney process, there will be less applicants at the visa offices.
As someone pointed out, the time taken at the visa offices shouldn't change too much unless they found a way to do security check, etc a lot of faster.
