Let’s say I’m an international student in Toronto, with a girlfriend in my home country who I’d like to marry with.
She doesn’t have any visitor visa or nothing, she’s just my girlfriend (since a few years ago) and I want to marry her and bring her with me.
I know I can include her in my application, but let’s say I get married with her in my home country in one my of my school breaks, and in the middle of my studies and I want to bring her as my wife. Is this possible?
Its possible but not automatic, she has to apply for some sort of permit and the application will be considered accordingly. As a spouse of an international student she can apply for an open work permit.

Yes, we’d need to apply for something, but I mean. She’d be in my country, so I‘d have to make any request on her behalf? Is there any special category for her as an International Student wife? Can she do it from outside or she needs to be inside Canada?
With category I mean like “temporary residence for international students wives”, or something like that.

No she will apply herself from outside and include the necessary proof such as your study permit etc. The only permit I am aware of that you get an advantage for being married to an international student is the open work permit because you don't need a LMIA this way, but its not guaranteed like I said.
