I heard that from my agency too. But I cant find any document on cic website to support that or show to HR of my company. Do you know where I can the document that support that?

BOWP - 7th April
Meds Passed - 20th April
BG - NBG (20th April)

Hi guys wondering if anyone can offer advice. Im finalizing my EAPR for EE CEC and my current IEC visa expires June 26th...I want to apply for BOWP but IRCC website states R-10 completness check as mandatory for application to be approved. Lots of you seem to be mentioning about AOR. Is this document enough for BOWP?? If not, do I apply for an open work permit, knowing it will be refused, and continue working under implied status for as long as possible- until they refuse the incomplete application? Please help!!

It looks like I can apply for BOWP with AOR whilst waiting for R-10 my BOWP application will be on hold then I will be working under implied status. And since I have applied before my current work permit expires I can continue working and should everything be in order they will approve BOWP?

oh, I just show them that i am legally working even though my work permit is expired.

No worries,just show them your AOR for PR and if your work permit expires also,you could work and stay legally in Canada at least for 3 months in implied status,and also show the confirmation of your BOWP if you have already applied.
