I've got OINP and have also applied for PR under express entry just few a month ago. I've less than one month of WP left. I want to apply for BOWP but I'm confused with the process. How can I apply for BOWP for me and my wife? Do I need to file 2 separate applications or it goes under my application as I'm the main applicant.

If somebody can guide me with the tips and instructions also if anyone can help me with LOE that would be great.
