When did u applied? It generally takes 15-30 days .

One of my friend has applied on 11th June, so far no news. She received AOR on 9 June.

I was applying for my bridging open wp today but it is giving a technical error as follow.
Is it fine or what ?
any idea when can i expect it to be get fixed..?

BOWP need R10 cleared. Since her AOR got on 9th it might take time.

They slowed down the work permit processing time.
Last time I applied on 01 Jun and got rejection 16 jun
Again I applied on 16 jun and waiting for decision. My work permit is expiring tomorrow.

I received ITA 6 May
Applied : 26 May and AOR same day

So applied BOWP based on AOR

I am nominated by OINP and living in Alberta.

Got rejection due to not providing PNP certificate. When I applied for BOWP there was no option to upload pnp certificate so I did not provided it.

Then I realise we should upload in letter of explanation.

Oh Ok. I believe u ll hear it soon . When i saw first time 4 weeks back it use to show 21 days for WP. But now its 28 days. Even i m waiting for d same and hope i ll get it next week or may be tomorrow hope hope hope ........................

I applied for the same on 12 July and mine WP is expiring last week of next month..

Yes it includes weekends.

Check current processing time http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/

Its 28 days and July 8th update says that they are working on applications received on 9th June. So i believe this week they might have finished applications received till 15th June. I applied on 21st June so hope will get it next week.

Hey folks
I applied for PR and received AOR before work permit (PGWP) expired and also applied for BOWP before it expired. Now i'm getting so paranoid because of the following: in the letter of explanation slot I needed to include a lot, I had a covering letter, my AOR, my PNP letter, and a supplemental list of work (because it wouldn't fit in the three line provided). Because of the file size, I was forced to pare down - I only put in the first page of the AOR and PNP letter. they have the application number on them and there was minimal writing on the second pages anyway, so at the time I didn't worry about this. Now i'm terrified I might get BOWP-rejected for that. Any insight?
