I finally submitted my pr application .however my open work permit expires in May so need to get BOWP
I would like to get in done online but i cant find where to submit.

I went into that link and after logging in nothing.
Also i dont have biometrics and it seems suspended due to covid. I need to get my extended BOWP and stay in canada. what happens if i cant get my biometrics?
