Hi there, I have a really tough situation, my PGWP will be expired in January 13, which is only two weeks to go. I submitted my pr application two weeks ago, still waiting for the file number(AOR). I have to submit the BOWP without AOR otherwise I will overstay. But right now the AOR takes six months and the processing time for BOWP only 3 to 4 months, which means I could get refused by BOWP before I get AOR.
My question is will I get 90days to restore my status after the BOWP has being refused and if so can I restore as a visitor.
please give me some advices and many thanks for any reply.

You have to apply for closed work permit. Don’t take risk in applying for BOWP man .
