Hi there, I'm trying to get some clarification on this:
My husband and I are applying for PR through EE, I'm the main applicant. We just started looking into the BOWP process and it looks as if I will apply and add him on as an accompanying family member.
But now, I am not currently working as we've been waiting to see if we'll get our PR application in on time before i start a new job, but my husband is working, the BOWP would be mainly for him.
If I am the main applicant for the BOWP with him added on to my application, and I'm unemployed, does this affect us receiving the BOWP?
