BOWP/Visa

Hi All,

Currently I applied for PR and I recieved my AOR.

Because of my project close, we need to return back but I have visa & closed work permit till May 2015.

I am going to apply for BOWP and based on questionnaire from CIC, I can apply for BOWP.

With BOWP and visa till May 2015 (multiple entry),

can I travel outside Canada and return. Will there be any issues. Do I need to get return ticekt also. ?

You are not eligible for a BOWP as your work permit must be expiring in 4 months, yours is valid to May/15.

You are not eligible , ur visa should be ready to expire in coming 4 months to become eligible and you should be in Canada ..

I think now the only option is you need to come back to Canada in before your visa going to expire and then apply for BOPWP ...

Hello Guys,

Just to follow up on my OP, I applied for BOPW and I got my work permit. My previous work permit was till mid next year but still I got it.
