I will be applying soon.
As per what I know, the process is identical to the regular TRV - you just have to follow canada.ca guidelines.

For anyone who is wondering how much time it takes to deliver a WP to your BC address from the moment the WP is marked as approved:
checked our mailbox today and an IRCC letter with the WP was there.
BOWP Approved: February, 15. 2022
BOWP Delivered: February, 21. 2022

Just checked my status seems like some change. Reviewing your eligibility, before it was eligibility not started. Doesn’t know if that is some sign of progress. Aor oct 7,2021
 
Moreover I have given up waiting for pr. Let them give when they feel like. I just need my sowp and dependent visa to be approved. Atleast I could be with my family until IRCC feels like processing pr
