Pls for how long was e processing time of her first bowp application?
Since PR application for Caregiver pilot can only be submitted via mail, it took 5 months for her to receive the first BOWP that she have have applied the first time.. but what I can't understand is why the second one is taking longer.

Is the second time is from online or paper based?
First and second BOWP are both online, but since the second one is just technically a BOWP renewal since the first one was already approved a year ago and her PR application is on the Security stage based on the GCMS notes, then I can't find any reason why the second one is still on process.

I was surprised how fast mine came too, this is one good thing right now! Hopefully it's a sign of their commitment to CEC application needs...

I applied for it in the evening on december 14th and received final decision and document number on january 29th, so it was 6 weeks including holiday break. Still waiting for hard copy in the mail though.

That's nothing comparing to the whole PPR timeline - should be delivered soon
It took us 11 days to get a hard copy. Details are in signature!

yes! i saw your post on that and it gave me hope
my only remaining concern on BOWP is a slight irrational panic that it'll be closed and not open. I have a 50pts job offer so for the section that asked if you have a job lined up, I felt it was lowest risk to fill it out, whereas most people can and do leave it blank. I didn't want to get called out for misrepresentation between my applications. So I have nightmares that my bridging visa hard copy will arrive showing closed instead of open
i'm sure I'm worrying about nothing! But I'm still worrying
I have not got any decission on my bowp yet. Submitted 17th November. Feel like crying

maybe they're not processing it as your PR app is close to finishing? *wishful thinking*
