I will be completing my 1 year work experience in Canada on this May 1st and will apply for PR (express entry under CEC) around that time before my work permit expires (June 25th). I know I should have ideally applied for express entry beginning of the year but I was keen in applying under CEC post my completion of a year work experience.
I will be taking my ILETS test during mid April and simultaneously completing WES such that I am ready to apply for express entry during 1st week of May. Now, my concern is what if I don't get any response from CIC until Mid June or get response apply in next quota, can I then apply for BOWP to continue working based on my employment/offer letter documents stating CIC that my application is under process?
