Hi hoping someone might be able to help/guide me through correctly filling in a BOWP. I've read/been given lots of different advice.
I am currently on a IEC visa due to expire soon, and have received AOR.
- 1. How long are you planning to stay in Canada? Temporarily - more than 6 months?
- 2. Do you have a written job offer? No? (i am working but don't have LMIA)
- 3. IMM5710 - I am applying for one or more of the following:
A Apply for work permit with same employer B Apply for work permit for the first time or a new employer C restore my status as a worker D get a new temporary resident permit. Which one do i choose? Both A and B just in case?
- 4. IMM5710 - Details of intended work section - Do I leave this whole section blank? or just answer the first question: what type of work permit are you applying for?
- 5. What sections should of IMM5710 definitely be filled in? and how do i correctly fill it in. Please help it is very confusing!
Are there any extra documents i should upload or includes in a LOE?
I am required to fill in a family information form as I am from Australia - easy enough, however should anything else/supporting documents be uploaded for this section?
