BOWP Explanation letter

Hi,

I am applying BOWP and SOWP.
PR under CEC applied in sep 2014, got AOR in Feb 2015. Ecas shows in process (received application)
work permit expiring in sep 2015.
married in march 2015. Wife is on visitor visa in canada.

Should I attach 2 explanation letters (one for me and one for my wife.)
Online application has options to attach both explanation letters.
what should I put in my explanation letter ?
what should I put in my wife's explanation letter ?

Dear Visa Officer,

I, xx xx, have been on post graduate work permit in Canada since 06-25-2013 . I have submitted Application for Permanent Residence in Canada (CEC) and received an AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt-attached below). I am applying for a bridging open work permit as my current work permit will expire in 4 months on 10-01-2015. I am also including my employment history here below since there wasn’t enough space in the form to fill in the form.
I have attached a scanned copy of my passport here.
